Apostle Dr. Antonio M. Palmer is an apostolic leader, author, publisher, advocate, and visionary whose life’s work has been dedicated to advancing the Kingdom of God through ministry, leadership development, education, publishing, and community transformation. Today, Apostle Palmer serves as the Presiding Prelate of Kingdom Alliance of Churches International (KACI), a growing apostolic fellowship of more than 81 churches and ministries united through covenant relationships, leadership development, accountability, and Kingdom advancement. Through KACI, he continues to equip pastors, strengthen churches, develop emerging leaders, and foster strategic partnerships that expand the reach of the Gospel across nations.

A prolific author and thought leader, Apostle Palmer has written numerous books addressing church leadership, revival, discipleship, kingdom principles, and spiritual growth. His published works include Revival: God Will Come to Where You Are, When Growth Becomes a Burden, When We Were Them, and The Fivefold and the Eldership, among others. Through Kingdom Publishing, he has helped create a platform that empowers faith leaders, authors, and visionaries to share transformational messages with the world while preserving Kingdom-centered voices for future generations.

Beyond the pulpit, Apostle Palmer has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to community empowerment and social impact. Alongside his wife, Dr. Barbara Palmer, he co-founded Kingdom Kare, Inc., a nonprofit organization established to address the practical needs of families and underserved communities. Through educational programs, youth development initiatives, family support services, workforce opportunities, and community partnerships, Kingdom Kare has become a vital resource for countless individuals and families throughout Maryland.

A passionate advocate for education and global outreach, Apostle Palmer has invested extensively in international missions, leadership development, and humanitarian initiatives. Through the work of KACI and its global partnerships, the organization now supports a Primary and Nursery School in Uganda, providing educational opportunities, spiritual development, and hope for children and families while helping to build stronger communities for generations to come.

Apostle Palmer holds a Bachelor of Divinity, a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Counseling and a Doctorate of Divinity. He has been recognized by numerous civic, governmental, and faith-based organizations for his contributions to ministry, leadership, and community service. His influence extends beyond church walls as he continues to serve as a bridge-builder between faith communities, nonprofit organizations, business leaders, and government agencies in pursuit of meaningful and lasting change.

Known for his fatherly heart, apostolic insight, and unwavering commitment to raising leaders, Apostle Palmer remains dedicated to helping people discover purpose, fulfill their calling, and leave a legacy that impacts future generations.
